How much does a photoshoot cost?
Portraits start at 130 euros and Weddings at 650 euros (VAT not included).
For weddings and specific portrait packages, a non-refundable retainer fee is required upfront in order to save your date.
How will i receive my files?
Portraits: You'll receive your files via WeTransfer, a fast and secure online tool. Remember that your link will have an expiration date of 3-7 days so don't forget to save and backup your files.
Weddings: You'll receive your files in an online gallery protected with a personal password.
What if i want more photos or a different style of editing?
In each package, there is a standard number of photos to be delivered. If you want to receive more photos, there will be an extra fee per photo.
I strongly advise all my clients to take a good look at my portfolio before they decide to shoot with me. Each photographer has a specific way of shooting and (even more important), editing. If you want me to re-edit a bunch of photos in a way that is not consistent with my style, there will be an extra fee per photo.
On the final digitals you'll receive I apply basic corrections and editing. Advanced retouch techniques (taking out objects, changing background, removing blemishes in multiple photos etc) are charged extra.
Can i pay in installments?
Of course! Ask me about payment plans for your wedding. Keep in mind that payment plans only apply on certain wedding packages.
do i need a 2nd photographer for my wedding?
Yes! I strongly advise asking for a 2nd shooter. The wedding coverage will be totally different, you'll be able to have more photos os special moments and people. One photographer can certainly do the job but you have to understand the limitations; possibility of certain moments happening at the same time not being in the album (for example, preparation of bride and groom).
what if the weather is bad or i need to cancel?
Portraits: If the weather is bad and you have booked an outdoor shoot, we can always reschedule. If you cancel your booking less than 10 days before the shoot or don't show up at all, the retainer fee will not be refunded.
Weddings: If your wedding in cancelled or if you change your mind about the photographer in a time less than 3 months away from the wedding, the retainer fee will not be refunded. If you let me know on time and I manage to find a replacement for your date, 50% or more of your retainer fee will be refunded.
what if i don't want my photos to appear on social media/website/portfolio?
Upon booking, you will be asked to sign a contract. The contract is flexible and exists in order to guarantee that both parts (photographer and client) agree and are happy with the conditions of the shoot, delivery of the product etc. If there are any specific requests like the one mentioned above, they have to be stated in the contract upfront.
what should i be looking for when i hire a photographer for my wedding?
A wedding is an unrepeatable moment and a lot of things can go wrong equipment-wise. A good wedding photographer is prepared, has professional equipment and professional replacements ready for use, is obsessed with backups, knows how to move and how to recognise good light. We all know that wedding production and preparation can be super expensive. However, if you are on a budget, think twice before you hire an extra cheap photographer! It is important to have all of your questions answered before you book someone: thoroughly check their portfolio, make sure their style of shooting and editing suits you, have a meeting or a Skype call with them.
